One of the few videos I still have. Still got a DVD/VCR.

One line that sticks in my mind, June (Jane) has been kidnapped. Shane (Tarzan) says to himself "Shane must save June" then he thinks for a minute "but if Shane try save June maybe Shane get sh*t kicked out of him!".

No I haven't seen that Steve, I'll have to look it up & have a watch, sounds like my kind o humour

Morning all.

Phil & Jessica have a safe flight and I hope the eggs stay down . Shame that a bit of common sense and generally nice behaviour is beyond some folks.

I love that shed .

Many things these days don't do what it says on the tin. Apparently it's progress

And sadly I don't have a video player anymore.......

Quizzie is feeling sorry for herself....

From this:

to this:

She's split a pad wide open on something . In all her adventures and exploits she's never done that before.

I'll be looking for communal support therapy very soon as she's not allowed back in water for at least 2 weeks - she'll be stir crazy and I'll be "the bad dad" ......

Take care all.

Mornin'. Up for the second time, Ging is early so was up at five, back to bed for a while.

We treated ourselves to a fish and chips last night. Ging didn't eat all her chips so took them with her when she went out for the bus intending scattering them on the grass for the birds. She did so and 6-8 crows descended, rather than tucking into the chips there was a riot when they all started fighting over them

Who wants the middle seat Hope the flight isn't too boring, I always find flying boring,

Suzy had a boxing glove on for a while. Just after we got her Ging decided to let her off the lead in the museum next door, we'd been warned she didn't like big dogs and a big, daft Labrador came bounding over to say hello, Suzy took off! Thankfully she had to sense to run home but she ripped a claw off in the process.

Thanks Jeff. It's all a bit dull, overcast and cool here.

Ripping off a claw sounds properly painful . Hope Suzy is fully recovered now.

That was just after we got her Andy, several years ago. She was comical trying to walk with the boxing glove on

We’re her third owner, there are things in her past that we wonder about, we suspect at some point she was kicked (hard) as she has a weakness in her back end, she’s not great at jumping up onto the sofa etc, she gets bad separation anxiety as well The woman we got her from said the original owner “just wanted rid of her” that statement has always baffled us as she's the sweetest natured, most laid back dog I've ever had. The woman we got her from didn’t really want to part with her but she discovered Suzy's fear of large dogs, she’s afraid to the point that if she's cornered she’ll go for them! The woman shared a garden with her downstairs neighbour who had BIG dogs so that was a disaster waiting to happen.

Sounds like there's some unpleasant history there . And if she's now got separation anxiety then she's found someone she loves and feels safe with and wants that to carry on .

They're the greatest friends we'll ever have.

We jokingly refer to her as Ging's daughter, if she loses sight of Ging she'll run around the house frantically until she finds her, I'm first reserve for when Ging is working. Mummy isn't here, Daddy will have to do!

Suzy was undoubtedly treated like a "dog" when she was young, she'd be completely different if we'd had her from a pup. She doesn't really know how to show affection, you can feel it from her but she doesn't know how to show it. "Washing" your arm or leg enthusiastically is her way but doesn't know how to give a kiss.

Sweetness overload!
