Thanks to the magpie (old boy) next door replaced the hinge with one positioned a few inches higher in solid wood, door actually opens and closes better than it did! As I said the old boy is a magpie, throws nowt away, his shed is like the Tardis the stuff he produces out of there Saved me raking away up to B&Q or Screwfix.

My Dad's garage is much like that..It is a spacious double garage but now only has just enough room to park a Minor Traveller in, sort of
