Default Rolling spares 75 CDT auto

***Provisionally sold to Phil pending collection***

Wondered if anyone was interested in driving this away before the MOT expires on Saturday 07/09.

To be clear my opinion is this car is not in good condition and will fail it's next MOT.

I bought this from the scrap yard with rear accident damage to the N/S corner in 2021. I have since replaced front suspension with brand new Suplex springs and Monroe dampers, new rear dampers, TRW discs and pads, brake lines from the front footwell join to rear (dropping fuel tank) plus front brake lines, cut out and welded in a new steel tube under the rear seat that carriers the fuel line from filler to tank when the tank was out, new front and rear wheel bearings plus refurbished front hubs, new ABS sensors all round, new rear arms and spring, refurbished serpent alloys added plus a few other bits and bobs. A lot of this I guess is irrelevant to what is now useful to recover if anything.

She's served me well getting me to and from work since September 2022 when I got her through the MOT after the work above, but with the accident damage I knew about when I bought her, and then finding front accident damage as well, plus the rust I don't feel it's worth paying out to keep her on the road and through the next MOT.

The dash is plastic and has a crack under the centre vents. Only the airbag section is the proper part.

Main reasons for scrapping / selling:

- Significant rust in both rear sills and one front at least.

- Previous accident damage front and rear which I am certain is recorded CAT. Xenon headlight lower brackets badly damaged

- Failed n/s inner drive shaft joint.

Main reasons it may be of interest:

- Walnut steering wheel

- Powerfold ( Skull cap ) mirror. One of the chrome caps is cracked.

- Webasto heater with aftermarket remote ( needs checking over as not working properly)

- Sandstone interior - electric heated memory

- Serpent alloys on Bridgestone x 2 and Pirelli x 2

- Current mileage around 120000.

- Jamie upgrade

Using it for work until I find another car. Looking for £450.
