I’d be interested in a replacement pair for my car (2.5 v6) as spares just in case.

Is this something you'd be interested in, either now or in future?
How is this project progressing please Mat?
It's looking increasingly likely that a set will be needed for the 75 KV6 which I'm currently repairing.

Local companies who make and repair hydraulic hoses for industrial plant eg diggers etc will make up the parts in question - the cost of course is unknown but if the defective item is shown to them they will be able to quote and give a timescale. This option would allow an owner to get mobile quickly in the event of failure in the interim before DMGRS can get the stuff on the shelf.

Yeah, thanks Tim, I have used the services of Pirtek many years ago! That is indeed an option so thanks for your response.

Good news - our test set is being fitted to a car imminently, but to our eye they look excellent!

I'll ask for an updated ETA on the full batch.

Hi Mat,
As the custodian of a beloved 2001 ZT, I am always looking for replacement parts for future proofing. So yes, please include me in your list of interested parties.

Well done! As someone who has suffered from runaway ferrules, those look a darn sight more substantial than the original "baked beans" ones.

Just a couple of days ago a Norwegian was asking about replacements, and last month a Swede: they are in demand.

Keep well
