Lots more fish and fresh fruit and veg in the diet seems to be working another 2lbs and I will have shed 5 stone now just 11lb left to my 13 stone target.

Ian you have done really well and I admire your will power. At some of the breakfast meets I go to when I am in the UK, you should see what some of the guys pack away, in particular the venues where it’s tempting to eat as much as is possible. A few will get thru 3-4 plates of eggs, sausages, bacon, baked beans and fried bread, grits, black pudding
Seriously it’s a problem because the big guys with the big appetites are super sensitive about their weight, how can I tell them about it without hurting their feelings. They are nice blokes and I don’t want them to become cardiac or diabetic cases.
I am down to nearly 5 stone off since February, 2 weeks in hospital and losing my teeth helped. Mr Kipling Apple Pies, I love them but are not sold here. Like yourself Ian, I eat fish, fresh veg and fresh fruit instead.
