My early Saloon handbook says to place chocks at the front AND rear of the wheel diagonally opposite the one to be changed, when jacking on a slope. I would assume the Tourer would have the same instruction.

So the Saloon came with no chocks and Tourer came with just one.

Not particularly convenient if you find yourself with a puncture and stopped on a slope

(I bought myself a pair of aftermarket extremely beefy chocks, Sealey WC01. They'll chock anything up to 4 tonnes!)
