Brakes and hub

So the final leg was to fit the brakes and hub.

new back plates were fitted when i did the brakes a couple of years ago so I just painted them

Next up the drum shoes were fitted with new pins and springs. I find it easier to build up the shoes adjuster and cable connector off the backing plate and fit afterwards.

The Hub was fitted. Make sure the reluctor ring is really clean and undamaged when fitting as this gives your ABS signal. This hub/bearing set was new a couple of years ago and the passenger side is new. The Hub mut was torqued to 220Nm (i think!).

The disc was fitted over the pads and the hub nut knocked into the indentation.

Finally the set up complete. as I said just the shoes to adjust for the handbrake.
