The one that is plugged to a blank socket in the lamp unit is for the built in phone microphone that when fitted was located by the small grille on the side.
Another one will be the loom for the auto dimming mirror - so buy one from a scrappy and you can plug and play it!
The third will I think be the sunroof motor loom (not so easy to fit
)
