Anyway yes, I agree and am "happy" to spend money on the car if it carries on transporting me - my objections are more around it frequently breaking down and leaving me stranded... anyway, got my selector cables ordered, but probably won't have them fitted this side of Easter now.
After that, maybe it'll keep on for another while
