I looked it up online and Hoover parts said the drum is no longer available. Also, it is no longer under warranty. I paid the engineer his call out fee of £70 and he said this will be knocked off the price of a new one, as his company also sells them, in case we want to buy. He said he will quote me a price for a replacement drum after the weekend. I will listen to what he has to say.
