Thanks for repeating the test using the instrument pack diagnostics Joe. Unfortunately those results don't make sense. They correspond approximately with the medium speed only of a 3 speed system.

You say "complete" Joe. Can you confirm that what you bought included the control box? What is printed on the control box cover? Did you buy it from a seller based in Australia?
