My advice would be to keep the Standard Airbox and fit a K&N Panel filter (there are no issues running this on a 1.8t) i feel there IS an improvement and it sounds nice too - especially with the Alloy Inlet Manifold
Ron's (Suzublu) Car is a non Turbo k-series so the plumbing is a bit different - I'm sure there are 1.8t options available if you prefer a "Hot Air" Intake with a Pod Filter tho
