Having the same problem I decided to have a look and lo and behold the sensor on my car was covered in fluff and the odd dead spider .A good clean with a cotton Bud and a good blow thru and replaced it.I have yet to try the car to see if the temp stays stable....


Or maybe it has nothing to do with cabin Temp..
Worth a look. I’ll check mine tomorrow.
