I have noticed the headlamp height adjuster (scroll button on the light panel) is not moving either headlamp. It did work some time ago but has just packed up. Is there a fuse somewhere that may be blown? Both headlamps seem to be stuck on the low (caravan towing) setting.

You'll probably find the arms on the adjuster are seized, possibly front and rear. Remove, clean up, re-grease and put back.
