Being the V6 with very restricted access, this is a major job that can only really be accomplished by relocating the DIS to an accessible location, which I did.
I also replaced all the rubber hangers on the exhausts as the old ones were starting to crack and made sure that everything else was spot on before taking it in for the MOT.
The next journey of 380 miles return to drop my son back at Southampton uni on Saurday should be a pleasure.

Well done that car! A good result at any age let alone 19 years.
I had a Vauxhall Carlton 1.8 GLS and it was a very nice car to drive.
