Millers is also good “snake oil” to the ill informed.
I use this every time I change the fuel filter. It does make a difference, I tried it without the obligatory 'Italian tune up' the following day, and it still made a difference. The last time (2 weeks ago) I used Forte's new injector cleaner, as opposed to the diesel treatment, and the engine revved even more freely than before.

the injector figures below are before and after soaking overnight with the diesel treatment, with an 'Italian tune up'. Whether they are healthy or not (they have since been replaced anyway) it demonstrates the change.




Years ago I used to add octane boost to an near empty tank in a petrol, it made a difference too, but it was a carb'd engine, and lasted until I topped up the fuel. Dont think it did much else lol
