Good morning Bob, I am sorry to read you are still battling the bugs. My advice Bob, is to seek medical attention. If it’s bad you might need antibiotics to kill the bug in your system. People don’t always realise how severe Salmonella etc can be. Several times I had to be admitted into hospital or A&E with food poisoning in Nairobi for I/V rehydration and treatment. If you can’t get to the GP, ask for a home visit or call an ambulance. In South Africa I was severely dehydrated, which led to electrolyte imbalance and heart failure - a week in ICU, but that was cause by being wrongly prescribed a diuretic and was nothing to do with a bug.
