Neil buy some Forte injector cleaner and a fuel filter.
Remove the old filter and pour the diesel back into the tank. Fill the new filter up with the Forte and refit.
Turn the key to pos 2 and allow the pumps to prime. Then crank the car allow it to run for 10-15 seconds then switch off.
Leave the car overnight, come out in the morning, start her up and take it for a good old "Italian Tune Up" down the A38 and back.
That should do the trick!
