Default Help Needed, Smoking on Acceleration.

I know this has been covered before but I don't know what to do anymore.

My car is the MG CDTI with the 160 remap.

Mileage is 141,256 miles.

On either blipping the throttle or sticking your foot down not too heavily but hopefully you get what I mean, I get white/grey smoke and it's noticeable in the rear view mirror.

List of things done;

Viton rings have been replaced.
I do have the EGR bypass kit fitted.
I have a genuine Rover Cat fitted, (it did have a de-cat pipe but the MOT people failed it for that last year)

It runs smoothly, no loss of power.

Talking to Matt yesterday who used to own the car before me, he said it has always smoked.
But this year the MOT people are not going to like it doing that and it will mean a fail.

Do I start changing the Maf or injectors?
