There should be a section within the Toaf folder named back-ups, see if yours is empty. Still convinced I've read about an automatic back-up somewhere but don't know where Toaf hides it, someone else more familiar with Windows might advise.
I should imagine one of the learned ones should be able to restore your IPK, from what I've heard some details eg the mileage are on a protected chip that you can't have accessed/altered.
Finally issue a plea to others who have the same type of car/IPK (I don't) to copy & save theirs using Toaf and mail you the saved file - you can then attempt to restore from that file.
