A few years ago all four went missing from my diesel whilst parked outside Sainsburys. As a temporary solution I cut four pieces of black plastic insulation tape and carefully stuck it over the holes on a dry day. I didn't try to cut discs, I just cut squares or rectangles. It looked quite neat so I never got round to sourcing proper plugs.
