Good morning Fred and good morning to all of those chilling. I gather it was 27C yesterday and you had a lovely ride on the bike when you finished work. Cycling is very satisfying but after the leg bypass in December 2015, the surgeon said: no more cycling, no crossing of the legs and no kneeling. The hardest part was giving up the mountain bike. Other activities like swimming, walking and sex in the dunes is okay. What a lovely fella.
