I would take them back and demand their repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act.
Provided you have kept them correctly inflated and they are undamaged, to degrade like this in only a period of 22 months and only 13,000 miles for a tyre brand and model that is not a 'budget' one shows your tyres are not fit for purpose.
I don't expect them to roll over, but if you are firm without being offensive or abusive, persistent and put everything in writing to Head Office if necessary, I have found that in similar, but not the same, circumstances either a full refund/replacement or an allowance has been granted. (BTW, I am not one of those people who always 'try it on', however, if I buy a quality item I expect it to do what it is meant to.)
