Mine does 130 to 470mm and is just low enough to slide under the front. Higher is obviously better this is what I would recommend judging by its spec.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-Ton-Heav...item27d21a9023

I would also suggest avoiding the axle stands where you open them up and fit a pin. The pin holes are widely separated, so they are quite restrictive in height settings. I found it necessary to drill extra holes between the existing ones to make them useful. Better seem to be the ratchet type.
