When you make those statements, it shows you need to be under the care of a mental health care team to support you through these bad times, panic attacks. When you write those things, not everyone knows what to say or how to respond. A mental health professional will guide you through what your thinking is and not an amateur.
I am not the only one here who had advised you to get professional help, so please stop putting off being referred to a psychiatrist/counsellor for face to face sessions. Please take our advice and get seen.
For myself, I have to take each day as it comes, good or bad.
