I will buy that Simon, I expect "humps" and "tablets" are suppose to be driven over at very low speeds and that is authorities mind set. I do the same as you-I value my spine as well as the cars bits and pieces. Just had the ZTKV6 mot'd and have an advisory for the droplink. Ive had the car for 3years+, 60,000miles when purchased and Im now at 86.000. The car service history was non existant and it had been a bit neglected but it appears that it has the original droplinks so that's my story, better OE I would think it likely, and if you can get them do so.
