ha, this reminds me of a trip to a peugeot dealership to purchase a pair of 205 gti mudflaps, my boy racer days long before i discovered the delights of mgr!!, the guy behind the counter said he hadnt had anybody in for years asking for 205 bits, so he went off and came back with 9 pairs of said mudflaps, covered in dust, these have been sat there for ages he said. he let me purchase all 9 pairs for the price of 1 at £7.50, of course i fitted one pair to my car and the rest sat in the garage for the best part of 15 years, when i spotted at pair on ebay many years later for £82 i couldnt get mine out of the garage fast enough!!!, a very tidy profit. happy days indeed.
