I know that feeling well after a few jobs last year.
Falling sideways, off a set of steps, onto some wooden shelving did for me. There was no way that I was going to A&E in the midst of a pandemic, so it was grin and bear it for a few weeks. I did however, get straight back on the steps and finished the job before I collapsed into my favourite chair! (Silly me!) Take care.................... and medication!!!
