Yes it is a 3 speed, i meant that the demise test now works, second speed?.
I noticing the fan sometimes needs the tiniest of a touch to start rotating, (most times it does start unassisted)
That means the fans is meeting resistance resulting in the rattling noise, but i cannot see where it is rubbing.
The lugs are fine, not broken, although i did have to modify the shroud to get a round the pies, does this put it out of kilter?
The motor looked in great condition when i too it apart.
I think i might try running the motor with no blades attached to see how it performs?
That attach the blades and test again?
