Recently after my stay in CCU, I complained to the cardiologists about the nurses sleeping whilst on duty and turning my call bell off during the night, such dangerous behaviour. So I made a formal complaint.

Had a missed call from a NHS number. Called the appointments number in case it related to the appointment later. Apparently someone is trying to organise an endoscopy for me
just had one on Saturday. See if I can find out what's going on later.
