New Owner - bought a dud
Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum, and right off the bat I have a few issues with my Rover 75, it's a 51 plate 2.0 diesel CDT Connoisseur SE with an automatic transmission, and it's got some problems, i've read through a few of the existing threads and I can't seem to find anything that really matches my issue, when travelling above 50mph and slowing, the gearbox struggles to change from 5th to 4th and stalls the car, no problems with changing up to 5th, and she'll change to 4th from 3rd no problem at all, nothing wrong with reversing either as I thought it might be the reversing piston.
As you can tell, I'm at a bit of a loss, there's other issues with the car but this is right at the top of my list really, any help would be appreciated.
