Both A/C leaks and electrical gremlins can be intermittent issues.
It sounds to me like the Honda dealer gave you good service.
In the time till you return to the dealer it may be a good idea to use the system as frequently as possible. It will be interesting to see if the pressure drops or you have more electrical issues.
My money would be on a leak. Have you tried wiggling the A/C pipes and listening for gas escaping at the joins? That's how I found a leak on my wife's old PT Cruiser.
