Default Tourer rain leak into rear

Had a go at finding where rain gets into drivers side rear corner of Tourer today. It drips onto where factory fitted sat nav drive sits in cubby hole. Thought i'd look behind plastic tailgate hinge cover piece as had seen on site the mastic between spot welded panels sometimes cracks and rain water gets in. Of course, all the plastic locating tangs of cover snapped off flush when I removed it ! But did find three tiny holes in mastic on drivers side and one on passenger side. Scraped mastic away and resealed with TigerSeal. Removed broken plastic tangs and metal inserts from the plastic bungs, stuck bungs back into their holes in car and refitted plastic hinge cover with screws screwed into the bungs. Will replace shiny screws with mat black screws at some point. Now just need some steady rain to see if i've fixed leak
