My sister lived near Bergen-Belsen, and it seemed appropriate to visit and try to take in what happened there.
Sobering to say the least.
The barracks close to the camp, until quite recently used by the British Army Artillery had, in a building called the Roundhouse, pictures of the German garrisons during that awful time. I assume they are still there.
I'm not certain why they would be displayed, for history purposes maybe ?
