Well, last night, I got to sleep at 3am and got up at 9am so a bit more ‘normal’ then of late. However, these past few days, I’ve had diarrhoea and now I have piles and I am in agony. I had it once before a few years ago and I can honestly say it is one of the most painful experiences I’ve ever had. It really is PAINFUL! I’ve not even eaten too badly or over consumed. I’m wondering if I’ve come down with something or it may be stress related....I just feel ill right now mentally and physically.  |
