Unless you are going to make them for the facelift saloon and tourer, then make them for the facelift saloon. Saloon mudflaps can be fitted to the tourer easier than fitting tourer mudflaps to a saloon. I have had and done both

tourer with saloon mudflaps
The profile of the inner wheelarch part of the facelift tourer bumper is broader than the saloon, see this thread.
