Well Chris, here are my suggestions:
  1. Get your ECM returned to factory settings.
  2. Use 95 RON unleaded. The KV6 was designed to run on it so using anything else is a waste of money.

If unburnt fuel has been entering your catalytic converter then you might have to renew it.
