Forgot that I said I'd mention a couple of places to eat on the north coast. Tartine at the Distiller's Arms in Bushmills is excellent and very reasonably priced - I've eaten a few lunches & evening meals there and never been disappointed. A sign of how well I think of it is that I picked it for my last birthday celebration!

The Bushmills Inn is somewhat more touristy - still good quality but perhaps a bit pricier. Been a while since I was there, but I always enjoyed it when I went.

After a lovely drive about 8-9 miles along the coast to Ballycastle (from Bushmills, this passes the Giant's Causeway and the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge), you won't be disappointed by any of the Central Bar, O'Connor's Bar across the street from it or the Cellar Restaurant.

There's also a new place about to open in Armoy, on the main A44 road heading back south from Ballycastle - I'll try & check it out once it's up & running, as it's only a few miles from me.
