Pride of Longbridge 2013
The 8th annual Pride of Longbridge rally was held on Saturday 13th April 2013 at Cofton Park, which is across the road from the factory on Lowhill Lane, Birmingham. The event is organised by the Austin Longbridge Federation together with the Rover Community Action Trust to celebrate the products of the Longbridge factory
Due to the inclement weather prior to the event and the terrain of Cofton Park itself, parking could not be as previous years, however the stewards were on hand to assist and get all parked efficiently, if not all together
Though the day started reasonably the weather soon deteriorated and by mid-morning a steady drizzle had set in, however this didn’t dampen the spirits of most at the event which had attracted over 1000 vehicles
