IMHO THE BEST combination of all available parts to date would be...
Mk1 Metal Master cylinder,
Borg n Beck sprung clutch and plate,
Metal Slave cylinder, (Tazu/MG Rover).
Don't even bother considering anything else, you will just waste time and more importantly, money. Trust me, I did exactly that.
