Hi

Mine is running fine at temps shown on instrument pack between 91 and 105 depending on what is happening to traffic. Your fan should kick in at 105.
My car has had new cooling stuff including radiator, water pump, thermostat, matrix, belts, timingbelt and new remanufactured cylinder head so I reckon my temps spot on. Mine is an auto by the way.

Hope this helps put mind at rest.
