Just to add, the clutch spins freely by hand
The trinary switch I believe inhibits the Compressor clutch if the system has a low refrigerant pressure/ volume. Are you certain of refrigerant volume ?
Have you tried by passing the switch to see if the Compressor clutch works ?
Possibly you could have a faulty trinary switch or poor connection with the switch wiring
