As it is raining I decided it was about time I fitted my new RJ45 face plate. Tapped out the wires so I knew which socket they went to on a multi faced socket.
About to remove wires from old face plate and looked at the new one and thought that looks small. Checked the RJ45 plug fitted, looked at old face plate, that looks same size. Checked that RJ45 plug was too big but opps, no, it fits.
How did I make such a mistake thinging an RJ45 socket was an RJ11?
