I don't think it is such a niche requirement. The 'take you and your car home' package, is rather useless if they abandon your prize caravan far from home. I would suggest it is an essential for anyone who takes touring caravan or camper holidays.

I think it's essential for anyone staying away from home and using their vehicle, for the recovery to include retrieving belongings (including caravans, trailers, tents, luggage - even Pets!) from wherever they were left, before relaying home.
