This forum began from the mg-rover.org site.
Its specific to our 75 and zts. The best aspect of it is we are centrally focused on it.
Its not like there are not a million Facebook groups for the cars now days already and there are plenty of 25/45 zr/zs forums specialising in just those cars.
Activity on org died with the site being sold on and manipulated into being a money making sham. It's a shame as its a great resource, but no, with a site like that exsisting I absolutely don't feel we need a separate section in the group.
I am however always happy to see owners projects and thankfully we have the gallery section not just limited to 75 and zts.
Imo this forums value is by being brand specific, and diversifying it will not benefit it.
And as someone who's got a streetwise and a 45 I'm making that statement.

I strongly disagree with what you said;
What you are saying is if you haven't got Rover 75 or an MG ZT don't bother joining.
I know first hand what this feels like it isn't pleasant, your not welcome because your car isn't old enough!
Slightly different but has the same outcome especially when you are on your own like I am.
What about RESPECT!
Thankfully I belong to the MG Owners Club and they like my car.
