Morning all, really tired this morning, down to the amount of work I am trying to cram into the 6/7 hours of daylight we have these days. We will have to go back tomorrow my late aunt’s house again this weekend, which will be probably the last weekend we need to, as the house is getting cleared next week. Had the valuation for probate last week, but I think it’s too low. IMO, it’s worth £20k more, fair enough th decor is a bit dated, but the house is in excellent condition and ready to move in to.
