Ouch! It's not getting any better out there! I've read about local authorities bringing in more expensive parking permits for multi vehicle owners before.
Newham council looks set to introduce them & also readdress the whole residential permit system, the cost will now be based on five emission-based charging bands, with parking for electric vehicles being free.
