Thanks for the response.
I’ve attached jump leads under the bonnet and tried that method. Car was totally dead. There was power to the leads as I sparked them to check.
Called an auto electrician I know and he was surprised that method did not work.
He said he had one with the same problem a while back and his only solution was to remove the rear seat and open the boot.
Looks like toil and sweat will solve this problem.
