Since then unfortunately some of the mould appears to have come back. I have some dehumidifiers on the way as well as specialist mould spray & borax powder so I can tackle that. I will have a look at the sunroof drain and plenum as soon as I get the chance then get round to figuring out what's causing the boot leak.
As far as driving it, everything runs as expected. I am hearing a faint noise coming from the left side of the engine bay, almost like a whirring sound, when out of the car. that's something I will need to investigate.

The rear window clips are known to leak, pull back the rubber under the bottom of the window, and you'll see 3 or 4 clips, these will need sealing
Also, the rear light seals may have split and need renewing or re-glueing. Have fun
