Finally managed to get to the bottom of the garage chest freezer - cannot believe how much grub we've managed to a) store in there and b) forget about:-

3 joints of beef - each of which will easily provide two hearty meals
22 sausages and 14 beefburgers
A total of 8 pkts of brambles/blackcurrants/rasps, which with 14 containers of stewed apple, should provide quite a few crumbles
8 packets of lean diced steak
4 x 500 gms packs of steak mince

.... and that doesn't include the 53 other items of food on the list

The daft part is - this isn't panic buying; 98% of the grub was bought before we'd even heard of coronavirus

Two options - either it will keep us fed for some considerable time - OR - we make pigs of ourselves and exhaust supplies in a couple of weeks
